Day Two of The Work Out

I have been waking up at 6am now to work out for about 45 minutes before I go into work at 7:30. I feel good. I think I can keep this up. I am soar as all get out, but that is the price you pay, right?

Right on. i am so weak though!! lol. i hope i bounce back though and my body says "oh, i remember how this feels, we better get in shape". or something like that. it is a little embarrassing to lift now. I know what i used to be working out at, and what i am working out at now. If this were three years ago, i would be making fun of guys like me!!

Don't feel bad- everyone gets it- just delete it. One chick took a half a day to turn off all of her comments from years back. And another chick just commented something funny like- yeah- that's ok, I have a great car stereo already. (for a stereo spam)

Q, I hear ya and hope you had a good b-day. I am sure everybody laughed at you when you said you lost weight since that is what most people want to do(like me) Heck, i am realizing that my old body can't take high intensity workouts anymore. I sweat doing about anything now. Luckily i now i have a workout buddy(my new puppy) we jog about 15 minutes every morning and do some abs. I still don't get too excited about weights since those add pounds. you know i could go on forever. keep it up, the second week is when it gets tough.

I hate running but there is some type of satisfaction and feeling you get after you are done. Especially running that first day and barely making it a half mile and two weeks later you are running miles like a champ. I would be running but something has made me not run. I've been losing weight...it's called strep throat. Cool website. Later much.
